My work is varied and complex—and a little tricky to summarize at times. Below is list of some of the projects I’ve worked on recently that shows the breadth of my capacity and the key roles I’ve played.
Umi Wellness Coach (2024/25)
Brand: Panasonic Well
Role: Content Strategy, Writing; AI Engineering & Personality Design
Company: Fantasy.co
Details: I was brought in during the fall of 2024 to help audit, refine and structure content across all user interaction points, working closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive user journeys throughout the product.
Additionally, my role was to provide guidance and shape the personality of the AI experience while mapping language structure across the product ecosystem.
UMI Wellness product was a concept product presented at CES 2025.
Brand: Art Basel
Role: Content Strategy; AI Engineering & Personality Design
Company: Fantasy.co
Details: My primary role was to identify content requirements and work alongside the UX team to build user journeys that helped create a more dynamic experience of Art Basel events.
This project was complex with lofty content requirements that included past, present and future events globally, recommendations, exhibition details and more.
I was also tasked with building a prototype AI experience that eventually served as the foundation for the in-app experience.

The Lens: Life Sciences Reinvention in Focus (2019 - 2025)
Brand: Accenture Life Sciences
Role: Full Suite Podcast Production
Details: Previously known as Driving Digital in Biopharma, I have been the producer and audio engineer for this innovation-based podcast since 2019.
My role is to record, edit and produce the podcast from top to bottom, leading the host, guests and team through production processes efficiently.
We produce an average of eight to ten episodes annually.
Microsoft Customer Stories (2023)
Brand: Microsoft
Role: Content Strategy
Company: Fantasy.co
Details: My role was to audit a complex matrix of hundreds (if not thousands) of customer stories. I was also tasked with shaping user journeys through this matrix, as well as ranking and reshaping stories for efficacy, solving for old architectural requirements and improving UX.
I worked closely with UX teams to build frameworks for future stories and to develop strategies for restructuring and editing legacy stories.

Role: Content Strategy; Writing
Company: GCoM, an initiative launched by the Bloomberg Foundation at the UN Climate Summit.
Details: My role was to help unify the public-facing voice of GCoM and create marketing strategies and assets.
This included a complete audit of existing communications and assets, as well as design of new materials, strategic plans and recommendations for implementation.

Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate (2024)
BC Green Party (2024)
Role: Writer and Content Strategist
Details: During the 2024 provincial election in British Columbia, I was engaged by the BC Green Party to revise and rewrite their 100+ page platform document.
My work included tightening language, restructuring the content to create a consistent format throughout the document, making recommendations on editorial direction and identifying gaps throughout.

Accenture (2018 to present; contractor)
Role: Content Strategy, Writing, Video & Podcast Production, Social Strategy
Company: Accenture North America
Details: Since 2018, I have worked in various capacities across multiple global practices with Accenture, helping C-suite leadership and Diamond Accounts on a range of requirements.
My initial work with Accenture was as a writer, helping create public-facing materials like PoVs, annual reports, blogs and more. It quickly bloomed into podcast and video production, content strategy, social campaigns and a host of other services based on individual needs.
The main practices I’ve worked in include: Life Sciences, Banking and FinTech, Human Resources, Environmental and Digital Innovation.
